Maroon Clown

Hey all I was wondering if anyone could assist me on this. I have a 40 gallon reef tank that has been up and established for 2 years. The tank's only fish occupants are a pair of maroon clowns....a male and female. Over the past month, the female clown has started to act very odd and it seems as if she is blind as she keeps bumping into things and when food is offered, I have to put it in front of her face so she can find it.
Over the past week, I have noticed her fins becoming less defined and white blemishes on her sides (not spots). Her eyes have also started to protrude a little and she just swims around a little at the bottom of the tank.
I did some tests on the tank and all is looking fine...ammonia, nitrates and nitrites are all looking good. I have also been doing every other day water changes just in case. Is it possible she is just getting old and her immune system is starting to fail? I have had her and her mate for a year and a half. I was thinking of taking her and her mate to a fish store, but I dunno if that would be a good idea as I would like to treat her myself and I would not be sure if the store would take her in to treat her.
Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated. Thanks!!

She may have a bacterial infection. That also sounds like a bit of popeye as well. What has she been eating? Do you dose the foods in vitamines and garlic?

Been feeding them a mix of shrimp and plankton that's marinated in garlic. Might take her by the LFS to see if they can tell me what's wrong with her!
