Maroon clown...

Hello everyone I just got a maroon gold stripe clown a couple days he seems to be happy but he likes to hang out in the top right corner were I have a maxijet blowing upward for good water movement. He is not in the stream of water from the powerhead but behind just swiming around. Do I need to get a anemone for him? All my water parameters are good...

My percula hides behind the ph to sleep and when I first got him.I think he will be fine he is just getting comfortable in his new home.Anemone's are not neccesary for clowns they will be fine without an anemone.I'm sure he will be swimming around your tank soon.

My gold stripe took to my toadstool leather and loves it. The problem with adding a host is that they get very territorial. He will do fine without one.

My Tomato sleeps against the built in overflow underneath the return hose every night. Must be something with clowns.
