maroon clownfish and alge

I got a maroon clownfish yesterday and have notice some weird behavior. I have some agle at the bottom of my tank and the fish seems to love it it lays in it and try to bury it's self in it. The fish seems fine it swims around but always goes back to the alge. Does this mean I need to get it a host anemone? Is this normal? Thanks for the help!

you dont have to. they do fine with out anemones ( but are more fun to watch with one ) also if they do get any parasites the anemones can help in removing them. speaking of parasites have you noticed anything growing on it? dont want to scare you but sometimes when they have ich or other diseases they will rub their body on sand, lr, whatnot to try and rid it.
i would pay close attention to him over the next couple days, if you dont see anything on him you should be ok. he may just like to get a little dirtay! lol
