Maroone clown with skin deterioration

this morning I noticed that my maroone clown had white splotches of it's outer skin indented and really looking terrible. ragged fins too. it doesn't look like it'll make it. any ideas...could it be broolynella advanced?

How are the other fish doing. This fish may be dead, but if the disease was contagious, the other fish may be at risk.

the others all look great. they all eat well, have perfect looking exteriors and act normal. could it be an isolated case? anything I should be doing?

Yes, it could be, however, keep a close eye out for the next few wks.
