Will marycyn treating for pop eye hurt coral or Live rock? My coral beauty needs help and i dont have a medic tank.

Most definately. You can not use any antibiotic in a tank with LR, LS or inverts.
Why does your fish have popeye? What happened? When is the last time you did a water change on your tank? What are your water readings?
