ok. some back story....
i love schools of fish. at one point i had 3 false preculas ( wanted more but no room). one died and now i have two... whelp about a year later ( mabye two) i'm moveing in to a new home. and i'd like to get a school agian. but with like 5 clowns

only i think mine are now mated. they do the dance where she picks on him and he rolls over...
so here is my plan and this is my suspected outcome. and i would like to know what you all think..
and or if you have a better idea
get 3 new clowns ( tank raised like the current) young ones. acclamine them to the old tank water.
place current fish in old tank in to 5 gallon bucket...
transport bucket a few miles.
insert new 3 fish with same water to same bucket....
finish trip ( about 45 min's)
and acclimate to new water.
place in tank all to themselves... (well with green cromies but they don't count ;-) )
i'm assumeing the new fish will be males because of there age. and the shake up of the move might genreate enough stress to confuses the female enough. hopefully causing her to adopt some new take mates..
what do you all think?

thanks __alot__ :)

If they are bonded, they will stay a pair, clowns mate for life. Your asking for trouble, they get territorial, yours are likely to be spawning soon. Unless your tank is rediculously huge, 1 pair per tank is recomended.
