Matt's 24 gallon Aquapod

This is my 24 gallon aquapod which is 20 months old. I have 2 baby perculas, and one scooter blenny. There's an open brain, a bunch of mushrooms, 2 toadstools, a seabae, some cheato, and some red zoos (which have been in there for 3 months and haven't even grown one polyp) anyone have a clue why? My water parameters are near perfect, PH at 8.2, Nitrate/Nitrite both 0, Phosphates at .3, and calcium at 400.

Yeah its stock as of now. Im asking santa for a sunpod and mini chiller . Though I am considering doing something like the link below.
