Maxima clam

so i recently bought a 1 gallon pico tank from the LFS and i love it, and will hopefully start putting some small polyps in it. my question is(and its a little crazy): if i could obtain a maxima clam about an inch long, could it go in there. there seems to be enough room, and the light is SUPER STRONG, and nothing will bother it, and the filter is surprisingly small, at the lfs, he kept polyps, caulerpa, and volcanoe shrimp in the tank, and he almost never changed the water. kinda crazy i know, but any imput would help, thanx!

NO, first of all maximas under 3" do not do well.....they also need an established tank.....and in reality 1g is way too small to house any type of clam
