What I use and what I do:
1)I get a small plastic container and use a turkey baster to suck up a little bit of tank water and squirt into the container.
2)Get frozen fish food cubes (using mysis shrimp) and put the cube in the water to thaw/once enough is thawed I put the rest into a ziplock and re-freeze.
3) I also put some freeze-dried cyclop-eeze in with the mysis and mix with the turkey baster.
4) I suck some into the turkey baster and the rest you'll see.....

Before/after feeding a duncan -- these are really easy to feed.. just shoot the food right at the long tentacles.

Acanthastrea lords before/after/really after.
Easy to feed. Acans should have their tentacles out day and night; if they don't, you can start feeding other coral and they should then push their own tentacles out to get food.
I squirt right at their tentacles and they eat the food very quickly.

It looks like a pineapple.
last time I fed my hammer the peppermints completely ransacked the poor thing. I kept shoeing them away.

Blastomussa wells.
A little harder to feed because the tentacles are just little tiny nubs and sometimes those nubs will retract and they won't accept food. Easier to feed if you cut off the powerheads before feeding.
Once the food is on them, they'll push it towards their mouth while also pointing their mouth in the direction of the food--really neat looking.

War coral (Favia)
It's tough to see on my pics, but after the rest of the tank is being fed they'll start to put out their tentacles which look like little white dots. Just lightly set the food onto the tentacles and they'll scoop it up pretty well.

These feed just like the war coral--they'll usually have tentacles out after you're feeding the tank or at night.
On a side note, if you're able to crush up the mysis shrimp, or get larger chunks of cyclops, you'll feed these both pretty well with that.

Yeah, I hate shrimp.. I have two little sexy shrimp in this tank but they don't really do much to food in a coral.. one is eating a whole mysis shrimp by itself :p kinda neat... shrimp on shrimp crime...
