When reviewing coral and inverts on this site, the term 'strong light (and flow) and Medium Light is used. I've searched the archives and can find a description of these parameters.
Is there a watt per gallon rule of thumb that defines medium and strong lighting?
I've always considered my light kit (Orbit PC 48in 2x dual daylight (10&15K) 65w and 2 actinic 65w with lunar) sitting 2in above water level on a standard 75g tank to be in the medium catagory.
How much more would put me in the strong catagory?
