I have a 65 gal 36" x 18" x 24" that I have 192 watts of pc on that was a fowlr. But now im thinking about heading to the reef world so I have been checking out better light. About 99% of the 36in lights are a single bulb in the center. So my question is will a 150 or 250 mh w/ vho also be to hot and melt the center brace on the tank (I have a hood that is 9 inches inside height w 4 3in fans the back) and will there be a shadow from the center brace.

or a 36" fixture with 2 mh bulbs. there are actually quite a few of them around. The sunpods are nice fixtures and also the aqualight pros. I have a 36" odyssea on mine that is great with 2 mh bulbs and pc's
