I have come across a 90 gallon fowlr, it had a lion and other things maybe 90 pds lr and live sand.
Here's the thing the guy who has it had a house party, everybody was pretty drunk and one of the guys poured
bleach/detergent into the tank and killed everything.
Could i buy the live rock from him and clean it?I prob can get it and the stuff for next to nothing and i am low on funds.
If i could how would i clean it?

You can buy the tank and equiptment and clean it, but not the LR or the sand.
There is no live rock now, its dead rock.

can i use the rock in my tank anyway , won't the organisms transfer or multiply onto the rock in time?
I'm afraid I can't afford 90 lbs liverock like everybody else and i think this guy will give the rock up for free.

just curious but don't some people bleach coral skeletons and then use declor? I personally wouldn't use the rock.

Yah... doesnt matter. Chances are it killed everything, imo. Since it is already dead, you should use other rock, dead or alive. That way, you dont risk contaminating the tank with any leftover stuff that COULD be around. Just my opinion though. Better safe than sorry.
