messy sfe?

I have heard about how messy eels are. I have only had mine for a little over a week. However, it eats krill directly off of a stick. What I have seen is that it will swallow the krill right away then.
Is the messy come from the amount of waste? Or am I missing his eating habits?

No, they poop alot because of the size and amount of their feedings.
