I've had my MH (250w, 10k) for 11 months now. Today it didn't come on. Is it normal for them to just burn out (I thought not) or could I have a ballast problem? How can I tell?

After 11 months,It's probably just the bulb.But if you have a multimeter you can check for power at the socket.
