i am currently running an older ballast that i was looking into replacing. i see tons of different brand names being labelled "the best", but i can't tell the difference in the quality of the ballasts. i currently have an icecap VHO ballast that i am pleased with, and i have been looking at icecap MH ballasts too. what do you use, and is there a more economical route that will provide the same quality as an icecap? thanks!!
