can 175 W Metal bulbs be use with the 175 W Mercury Vabor ballast(I think this is electronic ballast)?
it does not hurt for me to try but, I really don't want to return to the store infected ballast or bulbs
any ideas would help me save an experiment.

find the brand name of the ballast see if u can email the company tell them what bulb u want to run beter safe than sorry or call a eletrical place and ask them to look it up
