mexican rainbow wrasse?

any1 ever heard of one? heres a picture...

any info would be great. can i keep him in a 37 gallon and his he compatible with a royal gramma and bicolor blennie and ok with inverts like an arrow crab and a coral banded shrimp?

I was also looking at getting this fish too, very pretty. I remember reading somewhere that they are quite peaceful, stay smaller(can't remember the correct size) probably under 6", and I think they are reef compatiable. I can't find where I found this information before, so I could be wrong, but usually my memory is pretty good. Anyone else know for sure?
