mexican turbo snails + sea hare

I have had problems with mexi turbos and a few sea hare's dieing after a few days in my 55 gal tank

.I got them to eat the hair alge.I have taken my water in too Oais tropical fish and pet, a nice salt water fish store. they tested for every thing possoble.My salt is good, No copper,ect.I even grounded my tank like they sugetsted and still they die. I have a tang,a foxface, combtooth blenni,shrimpgoby pink & blue,A clown fish + long Tentacle Anemone, a arrow crab, 5 Nassarius Snails, Bumble Bee Snails A Sand Sifting Starfish.feathers.++++a lot more.They all are doing great.SO what"s going on

where did u get them from? perhaps they were bad or destine to perish to begin with. place where u get ur livestocks is just as important as acclimation.

Thank's, i'll try some mexi turbos from saltwater fish.com and see how they do.
