Mexican Turbo Snails

I have a 125 tank with 8 mex turbo snails, will they destroy the algaeon yLive rock? Do I need that many?

You only really need that many if you have enough algae growth to sustain them. Do you have any other snails too?

They will eat algae but will die off once the food supply dwindles down. Two would have worked better for your size tank.

I have a 55 gal. with one mexiturbo. I think you will be alright
