One of my snails is just sitting in one spot stuck on the glass. Is this normal? The other on I have is fine. I do not know the specifics on the tank as I need a new testing kit. I do know my salinity is .20

Correct. Snails can take a higher sg better than they can handle a lower sg. I keep mine at 1.025.
