MH for 55

I am looking for a good setup for my 55g to turn it into a reef tank. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on which brands or setups to use. I was looking on the web and I found that Coralife makes 1 48" setup that has 2x175w MH with 2x96w Actinic03 compact fluorescent lights. The setup also comes in 150w and 250w. Are these good lights? And should I spend the extra money for the 250w MH or is that a bit of an over kill? Thanks.

Your lighting would depend on what you want to keep in your tank.
Also you could build the lights yourself for about half the price if that's something you might be interested in.
I am going to be using 2x250w MH and 4x55pc on my 75gallon so I would think that the 175s MH with the 2x96 pcs would be enough for a 55.
