Whats the difference from the grow MH light and the aquarium MH lightng. I also saw an add for a high pressure MH grow lighting are they all basically the same and can be used on a reef tank?

Grow lights use a lower kelvin rated bulb since the plants grow faster under 5500k bulbs.
High pressure sodium puts out a lot of heat and not much usable light, not meant for a reef tank.
