I'm considering going with hanging MH pendants, and have a few questions.
First, how much clearance do I need between the tank top and bottom of pendants?
Second, I have glass lids on the tank now. Do they stay or go?
Third, how much clearance is needed above the top of the pendants? My tanks is in a built-in alcove, with the ceiling of the alcove about 18" above the tank top.
The pendants I'm considering are 14" tall, so I may not even have enough space for this. Comments appreciated. Thanks!
