I have 250 watt ushio 10k bulbs that are about a 3 weeks old. When they are on they are very very yellow. They are so yellow I don't even like it when they are on. Do these bulbs change color when they get older or should I buy a diffrent bulbs. I have diffrent color coral through out the tank and every thing looks yellow. Is there a better bulb I can get???????/ Thanks for your help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

10k Ushios are known to be a bit yellow... it should get a little better as they burn in though. Are you running actinics?? Adding a couple VHOs or PCs with actinic bulbs will help quite a bit.
You could also look into a different bulb. The 10k XMs seem to be a lot whiter than the Ushios, the 14k Hamilton has a white/blue look and the 20,000k bulbs give you a blue look. Really depends on what look you like.
Keep in mind the par output is different in different bulbs... generally speaking the higher the kelvin the lower the par output.
