MH Retro Kit for 55gal canopy under $300??

Anyone know where i can get a retro kit that includes all the brackets, ballasts and such for a 55 gal tank. I'd like to mount two MH bulbs and two 48" flouresant actinics(Not VHO) into the custom canopy i will be making soon. Everywhere i have found prices are so high!!!
