MH Retro or Upgrade light for 29G BioCube?

So I want to upgrade the lighting to my 29G BioCube to MH 70W or more and I need to know the best route to go.
The NanoCustoms kit is way to expensive, especially because I would have to do all my own work to install it.
I want to keep the cost under $200.00.
What is my best bet?

I would say you could go DIY for the cheapest. JBJ viper 150 would be around 200 but I haven't heard good things about it. For like 240 you could get a sunpod 150, really great unit nice and bright!
