MH, VHO, or COMPACT????

ok I am setting up a 29 gallon reef tank, what type of light should I go with, VHO,MH, or compact??? please remember I want the most bang for my buck...I am on a budget.. thx

Go with VHO...you can get the "lamps now" brand at a real discount compared to icecap and they are great lights.

go to <a href="http://www.aquaticlight.com" target="_blank">www.aquaticlight.com</a> and look at the retro MH kits. just make sure you upgrade the bulbs as the one that comes with the kits is garbage. This will give you enough light for any corals including SPS and you could easily go with a NO actinic to help with the color.

29g reef what do you plan to keep. i tink the vho and pc would be ok for softies and some lps. i wouldn't recomend any sps on that cise of a tank but you problably can.
