I just got a coralife super skimmer today, the one with the needle wheel system rated for up to a 65 gal for my 16 gal bow reef tank. When I hooked it up it almost instanly my entire tank filled with tons of micro bubbles.
Has anyone else had this problem and is there any way to get rid of them. They're seriously stressing out my entire tank!! Thanks!

Follow the instruction exactly. How far below surface you have the pump. Also the white and black foam pads in the diffuser cup need adjustment for what level they sit at in the water. The pump says it has a break in period and it means it. They height you set the foam at will also matter as when it starts producing skimmate you will overflow. You can drill the bottom of the collection cup and superglue in a

[hr]
from a maxi jet PH (the one that goes from air line to control adjustment valve) and run a line into a gallon jug!
Dealt with these skimmers alot and feel the larger 125 / 220 are great but the 65 needed some more engineering!
