micro bubbles

How do you get rid of tiny microbubbles? They seem to be coming from my pump in the sump....They seem to have appeared after I took it apart and gave it a good scrub....any ideas?

Sounds like some air was trapped in the pump, it should stop all on its own as the air is removed by pumping.
