So, I have been battling Micro-Bubbles in my tank. I cant figure out WTF.
Took out pump, cleaned it. Unplugged and replugged in tube to the nozzle the water goes back into the tank.
Water level from chamber 2 to chamber 3 good, less than 1/2 an inch of water dropping into chamber 3 from chamber 2.
pump obviously completely submerged.
WTF else?

watch the waterfall effect..do you see bubbles after the water fall? i had the same issue with my 28 gal. if you keep enough water in the chambers you shouldnt have a problem. did you check to see if your airline tubing has a leak? make sure the return elbows are all the way in..

If you have sponges in your back chamber it's good to squeeze them under water to allow any air bubbles to be released...

if not get some chaeto sponges can lead to nitrate houses

I got chaeto, yes I have sponges so I need to dip them under water and squeeze? but wouldnt the 'bubbles' just come back when it goes above water again?
