micron filter ??

Just curious if anyone knows if a 25 micron filter removes any parasites. What would the size range be on the different parasites? Also would it be possible to remove too much with one of these filters run constantly? It's going on an aggressive 200 gal fowlr tank. I purchased the Ocean Clear With the bio material in the middle. (13 inch Diameter) My LFS runs theirs constantly was just wanting some other opinions.

I have always been told that the micron filters are for water polishing. I do not think running all the time would hurt your tank.
