Mimicking Natural Sunrise/Sunset

Hi all,
I am trying to recreate the natural sunrise and sunset of a reef system. I currently run VHO 10,000K and Actinic blue light. I am trying to turn on/off in timed intervals. Which light should i turn on/off first first? How long should I wait to turn on/off the other light? I appreciate any suggestions that anyone can offer.

I think I have read that to do the dawn dusk timing thing you turnon your atinics an hour before the rest of your lights and turn them off an hour after everything else goes off. I have never done this but HTH.
