Mini/foutain power heads

Whill doing invintory at work I came accross some foutain power heads, very small listed as 340 liters per hour. Its size is about 2.5 inches by 2 inches the nozzel is stright and non moving, comes with four tiny section cups on back. Also it sucks the water in from the back, which has a screen/mesh and a controll for flow.(like a maxijet)
Has anybody ever used anything like this ??
Can/Should I use them in the hobby ??

I use the same little power head to churn my RO water in my top off tank. I also use it to stir my salt mix when I do water changes. It isn't very strong but it is great for what I need it for.

I have something similar also...great for areas where you only want a little flow
