mini reef

i am setting up a 19g mini reef. I would like to know if I can get away with out a pt skimmer? I am also looking into a 65w pc light what are sum cool corals and other things what would work well with the lighting?

I'd go with a 96 watt PC. You should be able to keep most soft corals with these lights.
As far as the skimmer...if you have good filtration and good surface movement you might get away without one.
