Minimize salt creep?

What can I do to minimize salt creep? Will lowering the water level help? Is a glass top better than the standard hood? Thanks; Don T.

I would be interested to know this also. My top is open to air for about 3-4 inches before my lights and the wall behind my tank is RUINED!

ive made acrylic covers for everything with very little openings. My salt creep is very minimal and mostly is by the sump around my skimmer. If you dont have any heat problems you should be fine doing this. with everything covered lights on(t5ho) pumps ect my tank maintains 77-78 degrees. I just set the heater at 77 in case but it never turns on
