MIx gobies?

i wouldnt get the engineer gobies they get 12+ inches, i wouldnt get the scooter blenny (these are more of the dragonet type of family and require TONS of pods everyday to survive) when you say 2 neon gobies are you talkin bout the ones with that are black with blue or white stripes? or what color is it.. i think ive heard a couple fish called neon gobies.. lol so i want to know which one your talking about..

if i were you i wouldnt add the hermits, they are opportunistic and can kill your snails for their shells.. which mine never went into >.< ive had MANY snails killed this way... so i dont risk it anymore.. 5 peppermint shrimp might be alot in that tank, but i think they are less territorial then other shrimp so may be fine..
