definitely a dsb, but i would do a lot of research and learning, and wait for a very mature tank and some experience before considering an anemone, wait a while, they are not as easy to care for as many think adn most lfs's would let you to believe, they are beautiful and delicate creatures, that need mature and stable tanks(i would not get one for a year or so) and experience definitely helps with them, they are not a creature that just gets put into a tank and they survive like many fish, they have needs, one of which is stable water and good lighting(water and tanks go through a couple of changes and cycles, as you will, in theeir first year)
PERSONALLY i think they belong in the wild, but too many have them and if you are going to keep them, then make sure you are ready and your system can support them(don't jsut jump in like most do
HTH and good luck
