Tank sounds plenty big. I actually kept a false perc and a tomato clown together in a 29 for years, so it can be done. Sounds like you've got the right idea, adding them at the same time and giving each their own anemone.

nothing is ever for certain, but you should have enough room for both.
I kept a pair of misbars and a pair of black and whites in the same 125.
I have no anems because I got tired of them moving around everywhere.
Instead, I got an electric torch coral and a purple tip frogspawn and put them on opposite sides of the tank. The clowns ended up hosting the corals. Since then, I'v given the black and whites to my sister since her kids loved them so much along with the frogspawn (I had to chip off the rock it was on since I went ahead and gave the whole thing to her).

IME clarki and percs aren't as aggressive as some of the others like the tomato and especially the maroons. I've kept perks and clarkis together in a 29g for several yrs with no trouble, I've got a breeding pair or clarkis in my 180g currently along with a 5" female tomato who get along great, but even when small the tomato and my maroon couldn't be in the same tank together. cinnamons I've found to be equally aggressive toward other clowns as well.
