Mixing clowns

probably an old topic.
i have several "pairs" rather two clownfish that hang out per tank,
anyway i have had many false perculas and idk it gets kinda boring.
But im in college and currently getting a BC14 and wanting a pair of clowns... and wondering if it is possible to have a false percula and true percula.
i dont see why not, but when i surf tanks on youtube they are either usually both trues or both falses.

Good questions I myself have tried to find an answer and get mixed answers to this similar topic. I have two falses and want a pair of the black clowns. I have heard you can and can't mix them so scares me to do so.

i actually can answer that. i wouldnt mix a pair... but i have my black female with my orange male.
so far no spawning but they are hanging out.
