mixing different kinds of xenia

So I have a red xenia and a blue. Can you place them next to each other and let them grow together like zoos and palys?

I have never heard of xenia attacking each other. I have had different types grow on top of each other without problems. If you do have problems I would not blame it on warfare but instead just xenia being weird.
