Mixing water

Please Help ASAP....
I have RO water and need to make some water (salt)--the trash can I bought leaks--can I put a large garbage bag in the can--or is there a reason I can't? Thank you in advance!!!!!!!!

ive used liners before i dont see it being a problem

i don't see how a brand New bag could hurt anything.

if you use a liner or trash bag make sure your powerhead has a screen on the inlet tu prevent the bag from getting sucked into the powerhead or pump. you don't want to burn up the powerhead.
