I didn't see this post- sorry for the belated response. What I did is get 2 of those metal bracket rings that hold your dryer exhaust tubing to the outlet hole (the ones that you stick a screwdriver in to tighten). Anyway I cut the ends off so I had 2 metal strips that had slots every few cm's or whatever. I got my endcaps and screwed them onto the metal strips spaced evenly. Then I screwed the whole strips with 3 endcaps each at either end of the hood.
I included pictures because I know this might be a bit confusing.
As far as lamp order I would do ACT, 50/50, ACT, 50/50 from front to back.
I just ran the wires out the back of a hole in my reflector and made sure I had them twistie tied together.
The good thing about the holes in the metal I attached the endcaps to is that every so often on either side you can put a tie through the hole and secure your wires to the side so they dont sag.
