Modding a SCWD

I have only got as far as cutting the top of and disassembling it.

I've never seen or heard of anyone modifying a SCWD before, I'm certainly interested in seeing the end result. Are you putting more than 1400 gph into it? Changing the gear ratio?

Making a removeable top so you can clean it out every time it jambs up...??

My plans are to make a removable top, increase the flow as much as possible and to slow down the switching rate of it.

Progress is at a halt until I can find a local source for a 2"ABS cleanout. I think I have a lead on one. As soon as I find it I will be back with updates.
