How does one become a "shark"? Do you work for swfish? Cause when I put shark it edits it out!

We were chosen at random from a South Florida prison facility. It was either become modeators or take the long ride on the slow train home...live or die....I decided to take the easy way out. Sadly there is no pay involved....or experience requiried.....the only perk is the title "shark" is reserved for us. Strange world we live in huh?
