Mods Done On My Asm G2 Skimmer!

hello all,
so far ive done a gate mod,mesh mod to my 3500 sendra and now ive finished my recirculation mod on it
i decided to try the sendra 5000 as the water source pump and us the 3500 as the recirc.
it turned out to be 18" accross! so make sure there is enough space! it barely fit in mine
i put this on another forum and thought i would throw it up here being that ive been here longer and like the people

although there are alot of nice folks there as well

well the only real problem ive had is that since the height is shorter then a G3 with the 5000 and the recirc. it was skimming very wet so last night i cut off about a inch of the exit tube and now its making greener bubbles at the top and will be drier skimate and if i have to i will cut more off

but my opinion is if you upgrade your tank and dont have the money yet for a bigger skimmer and have a G2 then these mods are a must and for alittle dough does the job!
