molted? maybe??

I have 2 peppermint shrimp. Is this what they look like when they molt or do I have some other thing in there?

the shrimp itself should be nice and pink / red. the molt will be almost transparent.

I see. I haven't seen the shrimp yet, then. Should I remove the molted part or just leave it?

If I find them, I usually remove them.

just leave it in also after a mot the shrimp hide for a couple days because there vulnerable

The shrimp do hide while their new shell hardens. As for removing the molt, if you have a cleanup crew they usally eat it. A blue tux urchin I had used to enjoy the molts
