Molting...what to do with old shell

I have a quick question about my cleaner shrimp. I have had him now for over a month now. I just looked in my tank, and there is his "old shell". It is hangin upside just blowing back and forth. What should i do at this point. Do I need to remove it, or just let nature take care of it (star fish, and others eating it)?
Thanks for any advice

Sometimes the cleanup crew will take care of it, but even if they don't, let it stay in there and when it dissolves it will add calcium and iodine to the system naturally.

ok..thanks for the quick response. I was scared that i was going to have to pull it out, and its already under the rooks somewhere. Thats a good sign that the tank is healthy if they molt their shell right?

Normal molting process, is a posiitve sign. sufficient iodine levels, If the molt bothers you and you can reach it take it out, if not? Dont bother, leave it in..
