monster crab

i saw a big hermit crab at the LFS they call it a monster crab ,with it's shell it was about the size of a football and cost 40$ .i want to know if he be ok with a snowflake eel in a 75g ?

I feel like that's kinda big for a 75 gallon. I can't picture a hermit crab being that big but i'd imagine that it'd have trouble getting around in the rock work that most people have in FO tanks.

I wouldnt get it. Along time ago I had one the size of a baseball who harrassed everyone in the tank, would tear up the tank and was just a real pain in the butt. Finally the grouper had enough one day, bye bye crab & I can say I was kinda glad to see him go. SE are too nice to put in a tank with one of those monsters. The crab would probably win one day.
