Moon Lights acting weird!!

When i cut my moon lights on they are really bright but in a few minutes they go really dim and sometimes they go completely out but then i cut them off and then back on and it all starts over again from bright to dim then out. Does anyone have an ideal on whats going on with them. I just bought them 1 month ago.

How long do you leave them turned off?
If you turn them very quickly off and back on, do they do the same thing as if you leave them off for several minutes then turn them back on ?

they are off from 8am to 11pm and if i cut them off and then back on real quick they are bright for probably 30 secs then start getting dim again then go out and back on very dim by their selfs.

It sounds as though there is a problem with the power supply or something is heating up - some type of heat related failure.
If you've had them for a month, then I'd send them back to the manufacturer for replacement.
