are the little moon light things a good idea for a 10g tank or should i just forget about them? I saw that a bunch of people have them and was wondering if they are really worth it or could i just get a small night light or rig up my own legs for the night light thing? I have 2 clowns and im starting up some coals (hammer, zoos, brain). I have 96w PC light

Some claim they help with corals, but I think it's mostly for your enjoyment, they do look cool though. I recently found cold cathodes dirt cheap that I think would work good. you can run then off a cheap 12v power supply. They might be to bright for a 10 though.
